As with any air pump you can prolong its life by balancing the output with a valve to release any excess pressure and avoid running pumps with no load at all on the output. Can I use it outside? They are not designed for use outside. Only the airline can run outside. Please ensure it has adequate protection, check with an electrician if unsure.
