Make sure the compressor switch is shut down and the bleed valve is loosen before connecting the power. Powered by 12V car battery directly: A. Find the positive and negative poles of the battery, clamp the red clip on the positive pole (corresponding to the battery +), clamp the black clip on the negative pole(corresponding to the battery -) B. Connect the air hose to your PCP air gun and the compressor. Tighten the bleed valve. During charging, the operator should keep a safe distance from the tank and compressor. Closely observe the pressure gauge. The maximum pressure of this machine is 30Mpa. When the pressure reaches the required value, shut off the compressor function in time. Loose the bleed valve and disconnect. The rated power of the converter is 500W. There is a built-in toggle switch on one side of the power converter, which can set the input AC voltage (110v or 220v) according to the voltage of the local place(if the place is 110v, turn the switch to 110v; if the place is 220v, turn the switch to 220v). Mismatched input voltage setting can cause damage to the power converter. Check whether the voltage set is correct before connecting the AC power. The default setting is 110v. Connect the power supply, hose and test plug. Note: The 12V DC wire must be connected correctly. The red clip to the positive pole and the black clip to the negative pole. Check whether there are loose fasteners. Turn on the compressor start switch. Check whether the cooling fan and compressor work properly. Tighten the bleed valve and observe the pressure gauge needle. The filling speed with the test plug from 0 to 30Mpa is about 20 seconds. Remember to unscrew the bleed valve to release the high-pressure air in the hose before removing the test plug. After filling 5 to 10 times, please replace the filter element. The filter element can be used repeatedly after cleaning, but it cannot be squeezed and deformed. When the compressor’s inflation slows down or the piston does not run smoothly, please disassemble the compressor for daily maintenance, including cylinder cleaning and replacement of the worn O-ring or check valve. When the compressor is placed in the car, try to avoid relying on hard objects, so as to avoid damaging the machine. When placed at home, store it in a dry place so as to prevent electrical accessories from being affected with damp and burning out.
