CAMPBELL HAUSFELD, SPEEDAIR, WARDS &. WITH 2-3/4 CYLINDER BORE REBUILD KIT. This rebuild kit covers all 2-3/4 bore cast iron two cylinders pumps for Campbell Hausfeld, Sears, Wards and Speedaire with single head and two piece head, old and new style. Covers all older pumps. This kit contains: one each piston ring set, one each complete gasket set, one each valve set with screws and one each air filter set. To simplify ordering parts for single machine repair, TUK’s have been assembled to include gasket kit, piston ring set, oil seal, air filter element, reed valves to recondition one compressor. VT210200AJ GASKET KIT, VT210300AJ VALVE KIT, VT210400AJ RING KIT. PUMP MODELS VT2030, VT2033, VT2000, 2Z499. The kit has the correct parts for both style of heads. Shown in the pictures below. Had as a compliment in my shop. 1750 rpm, slower but quieter. Tank OK, believe it was coated inside. Set for 100psi turn off, but. Pressure Head was replaced few years back. Always kept clean oiled. Motor also replaced then. Nice for smaller jobs/needs. U won’t be painting a car with it. Nor using larger air tools. Nice for general air tools, or. Just to have a source of pressured air. Fill tires, blow away dirt, etc. 85-90Ft of 300psi air hose included. 1/4: NPT fittings both ends. Little dusty, but otherwise clean. See all pics for details. That’s It For Now. Sears RED Compressor PUMP VT Series Rebuilt with complete rebuild kit. All parts hot tanked. All outside glass peened. (I left the original Classic “GREEN” on the end of the crank). All new paint job with high temp engine enamel (Semi matte black). Cylinders de-glazed very lightly with 400 stones in an oil bath. All new Gaskets sprayed with copper high temp sealer. NEW HEAD (replacement – head, valve plate, seals and gaskets). All bolts siliconed on threads for leak proofing. All bolts torqued BROKEN IN ALREADY (Shown mounted on one of my compressors in the break-in process). (rings will need several months of normal use to fully seat, and then oil should be changed again). Empty tank to Full Tank averaged 3 minutes 6 seconds to 115 psi which is similar to new for 2 HP 20 gal tank. These mid size pumps would like at least 1 HP, 2 HP and 3 HP is common, 4 HP and 5 HP sometimes. Pictures of pump mounted on one of my compressors for break in. THIS ONE is made in AMERICA – ALL of the new ones are made in CHINA!!! NEEDS TO BE FILLED WITH COMPRESSOR OIL OR 30 WEIGHT NON-DETERGENT MOTOR OIL BEFORE USE. (fill to bottom of fill hole threads only, do not overfill). Take note of the belt type used in picture of pulley. Take note of the use of an auto unloading check valve used in this setup. (there is no tap in this head for the 1/8 un-loader tube used in some set-ups and alternate unloading method MUST be used). Mounting holes are standard 5 7/8″ x 6 1/2″.
